Located along Hospital Road and I am informed that the plans were mixed up with a building designed to be erected some where in the Punjab. I have heard a similar tale about the police station in the square in Dungannon.

Rainey Endowed School, Magherafelt
The founder, Mr. Hugh Rainey left his estate to trustees for the purpose of building a school to help the poor boys of his town have free education. The first 8 boys started in November 1713. Female pupils were not allowed to attend until 1894.
