The Frosses near Cloghmills
See Image This is the Belfast – Coleraine/Ballycastle road at the Frosses (sometimes “Frocess”). The trees were planted when the road was constructed in the 19th century and hold the bed of the road in place where it crosses boggy land. This is the view to Coleraine and Ballycastle – there was a gap in the southbound traffic due to roadworks slightly further north.
