Ballygally Bay near Larne
When approaching from the Belfast/Larne direction Ballygally (also “Ballygalley”) Bay remains hidden until Ballygally Head is passed. The bay and surrounding hills unfold in a most attractive manner. Most of the bay is large pebbles with a small sandy beach at the far end. This is the view from beside the small slipway with Ballycoos and Ballygawn visible in the background.
