The Old Forge, Doagh Road
The building on the right was once attached to a forge, which was long disused when this photograph was taken. The forge building was demolished after 1984 and the whole site is now for sale with planning approval for an apartment development.

Houses for sale on the Doagh Road. This style of advertising became quite common during the recession when new houses were very slow to sell. Recent media reports suggest that prices are rising after several years when they showed a substantial fall from their peak.
