The spire of St Peter's Catholic Chapel in Great George's Street South, Warrenpoint
St. Peter's Church was opened in August 1841 to replace a small shed in Charlotte Street where weekly Masses were celebrated. The adjoining parochial house dates from 1926. According to the 2011 Census, almost 90% of the population of Warrenpoint come from a Catholic background.
