Former Down Shoes Factory, Banbridge
On the Newry Road. This factory opened in the 1967 and was for many years one of the largest employers in the area. Until 2002, Lotus brand shoes were made here, as well as the Fii and Frank Wright brands. Since its closure it has lay derelict and awaits redevelopment into flats.
