Seventh day Adventist church, Banbridge
Forgotten exactly when this church, on the Newry Road opened, but I remember that it was built, in a few weeks, with considerable help from volunteers from the Church in the USA. If any of those volunteers should happen to stumble upon this photo they might consider contacting me with the building date. See also Image

Fort Street, Banbridge
Fort Street runs south, off Newry Street and was once part of the old road to Newry and Dublin Image before being replaced by today’s Newry Road. The Newry Road was part of the Belfast – Newry turnpike. This area used to be known as “The Turnpike”.
