View North across the Leitrim Valley
This image shows a section of the drumlin crescent deposited by the Quaternary Ice Sheets and pushed against the slopes of the foothills of the Slieve Croob range. Here in close proximity to the hills the farming economy is predominantly pastoral. The image was taken from the Whitehill Road.
