The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Leitrim
During "The Troubles" this was one of a number of churches and chapels in Northern Ireland to be the subject of an arson attack. This fine building, built -like St Malachy's, Castlewellan - of Ballymagreehan granite, dates from 1874. The Parish Priest has charge also of St. Mary's Church, Dechomet. http://www.start.umd.edu/gtd/search/IncidentSummary.aspx?gtdid=199807010004
