Development site, Crossgar (2013-2)
See Image Part of the “for sale” board remains from the original proposal. It gives an idea of how the development would have looked had it gone ahead. If my memory is correct the name was to have been “Station Court”. This photograph appears as a matter of record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the sale.

Development site, Crossgar (2013-1)
A substantial site, at Downpatrick Street almost opposite Mary Street. The existing buildings were demolished but the development did not proceed. Now offered for sale. The agents’ brochure refers to full planning permission for a mixed use scheme of residential units and restaurant/retail units fronting Downpatrick Street.
