I have looked closely at the OS map and whereas it indicates this location as being in the townland of Ballylacky, the road sign places it as being at Aghadavy which is an adjoining townland

The Monica Barritt Centre
Quaker Service Visitors Centre.
I wondered why it had such an enormous car park. It was only subsequently that I realised that it catered for those visiting H M Prison Maghaberry.

HM Prison Maghaberry from the air
On the western outskirts of Lisburn, the prison houses 970 adult male long-term sentenced and remand prisoners. Note the large solar farm beyond the prison.
Both facilities are located on the site of the former RAF Maghaberry airfield https://www.forgottenairfields.com/airfield-maghaberry-1419.html .
