The view, along Brunswick Street, towards Howard Street. There are two development sites. The recently-sold 9-11 is immediately past the Travelodge. Nos 5-7, partly demolished and the remaining demolition work stopped, is next. Internet sources suggest that both properties are now owned by the same developer. In the circumstances, it’s probably not unreasonable to expect a change in the existing redevelopment proposal and the submission of a new planning application.
