Civic Centre, Lisburn
Already covered in Image Completed in 2002 to a design by the Consarc Design Partnership. Built on a site (between the Lagan canal and the River Lagan) known as the “Island”. Image shows the changes in almost 28 years when the Island lay abandoned. See also Image (The Google map is almost useless here).
