An old concrete post, on the eastern side of Harmony Hill, near Riverside Drive, marking the site of a town gas main. To the best of my knowledge Lisburn produced town gas from the late 1830’s to 1981. Image is a close look at the inscription.

Ballast regulator, Hilden
See Image (July 1984). 14 years later NIR finally got around to relaying the track and installing proper drainage. A contractor’s ballast regulator is seen on the up line, close to the Grand Street underbridge Image, at Hilden station. The Google map shows the station in the wrong place.
