Flyover, Comber bypass - March 2014(1)
The flyover, looking towards Belfast, carrying High Street/Braeside across the bypass. I have never seen a photograph of the bridge in railway days but I’d guess that it was probably a stone structure. This link http://www.comberhistory.com/chs%20railway.htm has some interesting information about the town’s railways but not, unfortunately, a shot of the bridge.

Flyover, Comber bypass - March 2014(2)
A close look at the flyover, looking towards Belfast, carrying High Street/Braeside across the bypass. It was built during the very early days of the NI road-building programme and probably represented the latest in design. For something more recent see Image
