The Glen Road, Comber (1)
Comber saw its first expansion, beyond its boundary and role as a small mill town, more than 40 years ago with the release of agricultural land for housing and an influx of residents from Belfast. The Glen Road, to the west of the town had its share of new houses. This view, from close to Dalton Drive (bottom left), shows the present limit of suburban growth with agricultural land in the background.
