Rosemount, Donaghadee
This five bay house is one of the oldest houses in Donaghadee. It was bought by its present owners in a derelict state in 1969 and lovingly restored.

Development site, Donaghadee
A site of the western side of the Millisle Road. The board refers to the development as “St Anne’s Wood”. The joint agents’ websites draw a blank. The builder’s just refers to a new website coming soon. There is no machinery visible and some of the houses seem unfinished. Continue to Image

"Rosebank", Donaghadee
Built circa 1770. After a period of dereliction it has been restored with assistance from National Lottery funds. Also the birth place of the writer Frances Bellenden Clarke (1854–1943) who wrote under the name “Sarah Grand” (blue plaque Image).

The former Donaghadee RUC/PSNI Station
Easily recognisable as the work of the English architect, T.F.O. Rippingham, this iconic building has been converted into a fine domestic residence.
