Anti-bank graffiti, Bangor
Graffiti, against the Ulster Bank, has recently appeared on several commercial and residential properties in Bangor. This example is on apartments at Southwell Road. I know nothing about this particular case, but the recent troubles affecting the bank have been well publicised and this news story from the BBC gives further information: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-27412040 .

"No entry" sign, Bangor
A time-restricted “no entry” sign at the Southwell Road end of King Street Image Such exemptions are rare. If my memory is correct, the street also had a “no sounding of car horns after midnight" restriction.

Gully grating, Bangor
Gully grating located on Central Avenue in Bangor. It is marked "Wm Gregg, Sons & Phenix, Union Foundry, Belfast." The company traded in the early 1900s from 15-17 Church Lane in Belfast Image and the proprietor, William Gregg, lived at Willowbank on the Antrim Road. This picture was taken in heavy rain and the grating was still working perfectly, probably over 100 years since it was first cast. Image offers another look at the same grating in different conditions.
