The 'Dirty Duck Ale House', Kinnegar, Holywood
Public house / restaurant at the Kinnegar, Holywood. Any mention of 'ale house' is unusual for an Irish pub as it is rare to get English ales or bitter anywhere in the island. The 'Dirty Duck' usually holds a selection of imported cask ales from England, Scotland, Wales and the Isle of Man as well as the few Irish varieties that do exist (good local examples are Hilden http://www.hildenbrewery.co.uk/ near Lisburn and Whitewater http://www.whitewaterbrewing.co.uk/ in Kilkeel). The pub also hosts frequent real ale festivals.

Flooded path, Holywood (2)
14.36 - this part of the North Down coastal path has holes in the seawall to allow surplus rainwater to drain into Belfast Lough. Today, with the tide exceptionally high, the seawater was coming in to flood the path.
