Hiccup on the M1 at Dunmurry
The M1 at the Dunmurry flyover. Traffic on the Belfast-bound lanes (left) had slowed to about 5/10mph for no apparent reason. Taken at 10.52. Five minutes later it was flowing normally again. Sometimes known as a "phantom queue".
