Motorway cones near Dunmurry
Cones in place to allow the replacement of the crash barrier on the central reservation. Both hard shoulders are being used as traffic lanes. The view is towards Lisburn/Dungannon from the Ballyskeagh Bridge.

Roadworks on the M1 at Ballyskeagh
The median barrier on this section is being replaced by a reinforced concrete wall - forcing traffic one lane to the left. This has a knock-on effect every weekday morning, adding around ten minutes to normal journey times. A temporary speed limit of 50mph is in operation.

"Drumbeg" sign, Ballyskeagh, Dunmurry/Lambeg
A name sign immediately on the Lisburn side of this bridge Image Under the proposed new arrangements Lisburn City Council will become part of Lisburn and Castlereagh District. My reading of the map suggests that the area beyond the sign will be in the Drumbo ward. That behind me, in the Lambeg ward.
