This new graffiti on the boarded up windows of the Scottish Mutual Building in Bedford Street highlights the stumbling block in the negotiations for the resumption of the Stormont Executive. Sinn Féin demands an Irish Act Now, the DUP argues for a more general package offering limited rights to both Irish and Ulster Scots.
