Shopfitting underway to make this a branch of the national bakery chain “Greggs” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greggs. A frequently-asked question is whether branches are franchises. The company’s website (at the time of submission) records “We have no plans to offer one off franchise shops”. I have no connection with the business.
