Chichester Buildings, Belfast
Built in 1906 (reputedly the first in Belfast with a steel frame) in an Elizabethan style with attic and chimneys and altered in a way likely to make the architect, Thomas J Houston, turn in his grave. The ground floor Edwardian shopfront (listed) survives in original form Image The plan is to replace the structure with a seven storey office building incorporating the existing shopfront.
