Former bonded warehouse, Tomb Street, Belfast (July 2016)
See Image (May 2012). A brick building at the rear, between Tomb Street and Corporation Street. The buildings were offered for sale in late 2013 following an insolvency. At the time the agents’ description included “Rain Nightclub occupies a converted former bonded warehouse over three floors with attractive red brick facade.” I have no connection with the premises and cannot enter into correspondence.

Evening peak traffic, Belfast (1)
At 17.53 the evening traffic along Waring Street should be fairly light. What has happened is that the work on the “Obel” Image and the sewer projects Image sites has reduced the width of the lanes on Donegall Quay causing difficulties for traffic coming from Waring Street (here) and Tomb Street (green sign – upper left). Further there have been changes in the layout approaching the Queen Elizabeth Bridge Image – all of which adds up. My experience, however, is that most people are being quite obliging to each other.
