The Shankill Road Mission
This Presbyterian mission was set up by the Rev. Henry Montgomery in 1869, originally in a tent, with the aim of combating irreligion, poverty and drunkeness in the Shankill. The present building dates partly from the 1898 and partly from the 1920's. Falling attendances led to its closure in 2009.
