Sneyd Park nature reserve - looking over the pond
Sneyd Park is one of the poshest areas in Bristol - which is saying a lot! Hidden away within it is the nature reserve, the most scenic feature of which is the pond.

Old Sneed Park Nature Reserve
https://www.oldsneedparknaturereserve.org/history gives a history of the reserve and the former estate of which it was part. Recent wet weather is the reason for the area of the meadow on the left being roped-off.

Old Sneed Park lake
The small lake in Old Sneed Park nature reserve, once part of a much larger estate. The lake was dammed in about 1900 and receives drainage runoff from the nearby residential area.
