Half of a pair of houses, c.1830, possibly by Charles Dyer. A particular feature is the full width cast iron verandah. Listed Grade II as a pair with its neighbour.

A large detached house by Charles Dyer, dated 1830, in neoclassical style. Upper storeys decorated with pilasters with acanthus capitals, projecting porch in Greek Doric style. Now converted to a medical centre. Listed Grade II* as “An outstanding example of an 1830s villa, forming the start of a fine collection of ashlar villas along Litfield Place”.
