Disused water pumping engine house, Oakfield Road, Clifton, Bristol
Inscribed on a tablet on the building is BWW 1913. BWW = Bristol Water Works.
The 1953 extension, still in use, is on the left. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3625721 The location is on the north side of a rectangular covered reservoir, 100 metres long by 80 metres wide.

Victoria Waterworks - steam engine
Hathorn, Davey inverted vertical triple expansion engine driving force pumps. Built 1912 and stopped 1953. Removed 2005 for preservation at Crossness Pumping Station, London. The engine is still in store in a dismantled condition at Crossness and the large parts at least are in the open air.
