20-30 Berkeley Square, Bristol
More accurately, Berkeley Trapezoid. The north side is formed by a plain but dignified terrace of late Georgian houses, each of three bays with rusticated ground floor and pedimented doorcase. Built c1800, probably by William Paty. Grade II* listed.
Most of the square is now in institutional use, the University of Bristol having a large stake.

New vents in Berkeley Square
The white boxes are new vents for the underground electricity equipment, whose panels lie in the pavement. A telephone box used to stand beside them but was removed a few years ago.
