1-16 York Place, Bristol
A late Georgian terrace, built c1790, possibly by William Paty. The overall feel is of regularity but some houses are of two bays, others three. This perspective accentuates the flatness of Georgian facades - only disrupted by a lone balcony. Grade II listed.

Richmond House, Clifton Road, Bristol
Built c1701-03, making it "probably the earliest survival of Clifton's mercantile houses". The sashes were updated later in the C18th. Rendered facade, perhaps roughcast. Grade II listed.
Now used by the University of Bristol.
