2010 : Stockwood Road near Scotland Farm
This is as good as it gets. One of four roads into the Stockwood housing estate, one of the others is not too bad. Would not fancy driving this one every day especially in my little C1.

Flowers Hill is somewhere behind the trees. Reminds me of Gus Elands' song. "With a ladder and some glasses you could see to 'ackney Marshes if it wasn't for the houses in between."

Not just pubs that get converted
The large office block on Stockwood Road used to be the offices of George Wimpey and Co. They have now gone and the place is going to be converted into that most prized of assets - housing.
