2010 : Stockwood Road near Scotland Farm
This is as good as it gets.
One of four roads into the Stockwood housing estate, one of the others is not too bad. Would not fancy driving this one every day especially in my little C1.

Not just pubs that get converted
The large office block on Stockwood Road used to be the offices of George Wimpey and Co. They have now gone and the place is going to be converted into that most prized of assets - housing.
