Not seen for a while

Roadside fruit
Just beside the pavement and standing in a narrow strip of ground, close to a stone wall, are some fruit trees. There are plenty of apples and plums on the boughs, but are they on someone's land or are they common to all?

Just the one lion
The Golden Lion in Wrington has a certain fellow in the small garden area beside the pub. Presumably still wearing the obligatory bunting from the summer's World Cup, it perhaps ought to have a couple of companions.
