Riverside offices
Part of the old regional council office block in Keynsham has been left unoccupied for quite some time. The town's offices remain in use.

Old fashioned fun
Part of Keynsham's main shopping street is closed off every year for a Victorian Evening. Amongst the revelry is a ferris wheel in Temple Street.

The boarding goes up to the second floor
Proof that the local idle can throw stone a fair way. The old civic offices of the 1960s are now superseded by the new offices opposite.

From praise to pile
The former Bethesda Methodist chapel on Temple Street is now a carpet and flooring shop. The chapel dates from 1860, but closed as a place of worship in the 1960s. It remained closed for some time before changing to retail premises; the current occupiers were moved in by 2007.

It looks alright from inside

A house constructed around 1800, it is not listed as a public house on maps until around 1916. Today it is a popular music venue.
