From praise to pile
The former Bethesda Methodist chapel on Temple Street is now a carpet and flooring shop. The chapel dates from 1860, but closed as a place of worship in the 1960s. It remained closed for some time before changing to retail premises; the current occupiers were moved in by 2007.
