'Hairy' utility pole on Cheddar Road
A pole that has been taken over by a comprehensive growth of Ivy - so much so that it is recognisable on Google Earth by the shadow it casts. Looking along the B3151 south towards Wedmore.

Wet walk
Walkers crossing the car park exit will find themselves heading north through the Wedmore Lowgrounds and on to Cocklake.

A small but useful (free) car park has been provided. It is not so far from the heart of the village but is actually next door to an electricity substation and the sewage treatment plant.
