Schooling in the Marsh
St Philip's Nursery School serves its community in what is now an area of light industry. Built in 1921 it was then a terraced suburb, but war damage and post-war planning has changed its background. The school was originally an infant facility, becoming a nursery in 1951.

Great Western Railway held an open day at their St. Philip's Marsh (Bristol) depot. This gave the opportunity to see around some areas not normally available to the public.
