Where the snow settles

Ilsyngrove issue
The short valley at the east of Stockwood has a few issues that continue to flow despite the recent March snows. The flows have washed most of the soil away at the source and revealed some orange gravel layers.

Already down before the snow
This poor apple tree had come down earlier this winter, but the March snow has not been helpful. Perhaps the roots are still capable of keeping the fruit going for the new season.
