Showing off the homes
Kier have set about creating a large number of new houses and flats on the old Whitchurch airfield site. Of course, the showroom is made to engender a warm glow to potential buyers, even if it's a pre-fabricated unit that will be gone once the deals are signed.

The first of the many
The area around the old Whitchurch airfield has long been looked at as providing a lot of new housing. The Urban Quarter development is promising to create 261 new homes. The development offers a variety of bespoke 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, of which these are the first to come close to completion.
