Penance Pond
The name of both the pond and the building. The pond is also opposite the church and is believed to have been used for the medieval dunking of local witches. The cottage is later its origins believed to be sometime in the mid to late 17th century, however, the building was extensively restored in the 1930s after a long period of dereliction. This is the view over the hedge from the church approach.

Outbuildings, Court House
Both barn and octagonal horse-gin date from the 17th century when Court House was a working farm. Both are on the approach to the church.
