Shops, Springett Avenue
Continuing northwards from Image and there are a few more shops leading up to the junction with Lewes Road, the B2192. A surprising number of services, including a bank around the corner, are found here despite its closeness to Lewes. Beyond the road junction is the village green.

Ringmer Shopping Area
A small V on Springett Avenue provides the local shopping centre for the village of Ringmer. The village has grown considerably since 1945 and this modern shopping parade actually works creating a small open space between the shops and the road where people can congregate. The shops themselves are pretty much traditional and include a butcher, baker, stationers and Indian restaurant amongst others. Viewed from Anchor Field prior to the junction with Springett Avenue
