Sylvester Cottage, Lewes Road
An 18th century fronted cottage with a probably older rear. The building to the right is Old Cottage created in the 1920s by a local artist Henry J Kinniard in a mock Tudor style though retaining part of the original medieval hall house that stood on the site.

Harvard Road
Estate road linking Springett Avenue with Sadlers Way. Like much of Ringmer built up from the 1950s onwards. The road is named after the American university as the wife of its founder was born in the village.
