Lane to Sewage Works
An unnamed lane that runs parallel to and is sandwiched by The Cockshut and A27 Lewes Bypass. Looking at old maps it seems to have its origins as an old droveway allowing access to the former brooks to the south which have since been built upon by the A27. The narrow track now allows access between Cockshut Road and Ham Lane and is also a public footpath.

View down the Ouse
From by the Lewes golf club car park. The river is tidal here, it is near high tide. The railway and A27 bridges may be seen in the distance. On the left is a small industrial estate in an old chalk quarry.
