Valley Farm Business Park
Originally a 1960s poultry farm which has been converted into a small business park. The park comes with a pair of llamas, see also Image According to Albourne's 1839 tithe map this was once a field called Inmans Meadow.

North Seven Acres/Four Acres
The name of the fields according to Albourne's 1839 tithe map that have been joined together to make a larger unit. Four Acres was located along the top of the slope whilst North Seven Acres occupied much of the rest up to the parish boundary with Hurstpierpoint. The field is bounded by Valley Farm to the east and Image to the south.

The Lanes
The name of the field according to Albourne's 1839 tithe map that has been extended to include Image to the south. To the east is Image whilst beyond the hedgerow on the right to the north is Image Valley Farm is beyond the trees in the centre.

AV Trade, Reeds Lane
The company was founded in 1984 and originally located on the Aviation Business Park to the south, see Image, but is in the process of moving to new premises as expansion at their old site was not possible. The company is a depot for aircraft parts and will be constructing a couple of warehouses and offices on the site of Whiteoaks Farm which had been a poultry farm that later expanded into egg packing and occupied the site from 1950 until its closure in 2004.
