Village Hall Community Shop, London Road, Sayers Common
The village hall dates from the interwar period and is located next door to Image In 2011 it agreed that the expanding village of Sayers Common needed a local shop to replace the previous one that had closed in 2001. The result was a community shop attached to the village hall that opened in April 2014.

Berrylands Recreation Ground, Sayers Common
Located between Berrylands farm estate and The Acorns is this playing field that contains two football pitches and a cricket strip. The field was called Old Furze Field on Hurstpierpoint's 1842 tithe map and was converted into its current use during the 1990s. It is named after the former farm which it once belonged to.

Now the B2118 but until the early 1990s it was the A23, until the new route, effectively bypassing Albournbe and Sayers Common where the road was single lane only, was built. Since then the road has been narrowed.
