Hamlin's Corner
The junction of Bishopstone Lane heading north to the right and Job's lane going west to the left. the latter was, until 1997, a rat run used by those wishing to get on the A23 from Burgess Hill. Now a quiet country lane once again after the construction of the A2300.

Flat Field/Cornis Field
The name of the fields according to Hurstpierpoint's 1842 tithe map that have been merged to form a larger unit, Flat Field occupying the southern end adjacent to Job's Lane and Cornis Field the northern portion, part of which has been lost to a depot called Pipeway House. To the west is Image whilst the field is bounded by Bishopstone Lane to the east.

Seven Acres
The name of the field according to Hurstpierpoint's 1842 tithe map that lies between Bishopstone Lane to the west, Image to the east, the A2300 to the south and Image to the north. There are plans to turn this into Burgess Hill Town's new football ground sometime in the future.

Bishopstone Lane
A former country lane that has been reduced to a cycle lane. Up until 1997 it was a rat run used by those wishing to get on to the A23 from Burgess Hill, following Gatehouse lane to Goddards Green where Bishopstone Lane picked up after crossing Cuckfield Road. At Image the road veered west into Job's Lane whilst the rest of Bishopstone lane headed north to the A272 near Ansty. The construction of the A2300 has shut off this section and the foliage has been allowed to grow back into the road.

A2300
Opened in 1997 to create a new direct route between Burgess Hill and the A23. Previously those wishing to travel between the two used a number of country lanes, one of which, Bishopstone Lane, has its junction on the right. It previously ran south to but this road has been closed and is now a cycle lane, marked by the path on the left.

Bishopstone Lane, Goddards Green
Former lane from Goddards Green that has now been closed due to the A2300 Burgess Hill-A23 link road. The lane starts up again north of the link road and heads to Ansty.
