Located on the drive to Image just off Brighton Road and built after the Second World War. They contain six small dwellings suitable for those over 60.

The name of the field according to Hurstpierpoint's 1842 tithe map that lies to the north of Image and has been subdivided into smaller units part of which ice belonged to nearby Erskine Nursery.
