Abbeylands Farmhouse
Dating back to the 16th century the farm takes its name from a medieval hospital that existed in Wineham from the 13th to 16th centuries, the person in charge being an abbot whose lands these were.

Taking a farm track over an unnamed stream, a tributary of the River Adur. There is a footbridge for those who don't want to get the soles of their boots wet though I imagine in winter the water may be a little higher.
