Oyster Quay, Shoreham By Sea
Once a shipbuilding yard until its closure in the late 1950s whereupon the docks were filled and the land redeveloped with a new office block, Norfolk House, overlooking the river. That building survived until 2016 when the offices were closed and the block renovated and turned into nine apartments.
