Southwick Wheel & Tyre Centre
On the corner of Albion Street, the A259, and The Gardens. If you look closely you'll find the shop seems to be selling furniture rather than tyres.

A gloomy day ends at Southwick FC
The Brighton Power Station can be seen in the background. The chimney is relatively new, the old one was demolished in the 1970's. Coincidentally that was about the time that Southwick FC were playing at a higher level in non-league football. The corner flags are still out after a women's match.
